ES regen doesn't regen properly.

So, I have 1,602 maximum energy shield with all my equipment. My energy shield regen is 591 though it will not regen. Not in town, not in maps, not in campaign it will not work at all. If I unequip and equip items, I gain back some energy shield with the highest I've recovered being 1,010 depending on what I equip or unequip it'll go up and down, but it'll never regen to full. I do not have any passives that I believe could affect this e.g I do not have zealot's oath of eldritch battery. I am following this build guide https://mobalytics.gg/poe/profile/asmodeus/builds/cold-miner-elementalist-leveling-guide?ws-ngf5-f7d82102-7e77-4a44-ad24-33b67e8ae7bf=activeVariantId%2C290a7235-0736-426d-a1ec-0371fea10a70 with my equipment being similar to the endgame no clusters section and my passive tree being identical to that section. The issue started yesterday Friday May 8th AEST.

I do not know how to do that. Even so I do think your right after some further testing. It doesn't properly follow my evasion rating as in when I take equipment on and off then my amount of ES will not correlate with my evasion at all but when neutral e.g having relogged into the game it'll go to my evasion rating. That definitely tripped me up trying to figure it out thank you for the help :D. I refunded the node as a test and my ES started working normally again.
