Did not receive +40 spirit reward from Lythara, the Wayward Spear

Hello.
Leveling a Druid and the roving whisps quest is not working in the Kriar Villiage. I have reloaded multiple times but when I beat Lythara there is never the Spirit reward Gemcrust Skull. I first thought I was killing her too fast so I now played some slow and let her get all 3 spirits before killing her but even then the skull does not drop. Not sure how I get to 100 Spirit if I can never get this item so I am srsly fked. Please help me, thank you. Last bumped on May 11, 2026, 4:02:11 AM

Roving whisps completion is a visual bug, and it doesn't award spirit.

How do you expect to get 100 Spirit if you currently have 70 and you say you didn't get 40?
Clearly, you didn't get 30 Spirit in Act 1 (King in the Mists) or Act 3 (Ignagduk). |

Oh! Thank you! Just noticed it. Thought I had an amulet giving me +10 which is why I thought it was the 40 but had switched it out
