Died while paused in Iceberg map (SC Trade Mirage League)

Died while paused in a T16 Iceberg map - had just come out of a Mirage and puased shortly after so I could unplug my keyboard while my cat was mashing my keys. Game was paused for some time when I noticed my mana and life suddently and instantly dropped to 0, could see the death notice after unpausing. Omen of Amelioration was consumed. I'm not sure what killed me, but I belive there were beyond monsters around me at the time. I'm playing shield crush and was wearing headhunter, but didn't have any buffs given I'd come from the Mirage. I went back to the same spot after death but wasn't able to reproduce the bug.

Map mods etc. in image - this screenshot was taken after I finished the map, didn't think to take one at the time. Bug id was generated while I was still dead.

sounds like not a bug, but a cat.

very possible the cat hit the unpause key while you were going to unplug it(and potentially again to repause... or unplugging the keyboard paused the game(I forget if POE does this)

I considered that, but the pause screen was definitely up and had been up for some time when I died. It could be something like what you say, but then I would have had a visual bug where the pause screen was up and the game appeared paused (no monsters moving etc.) but it was not actually paused...
