Add option to compile all shaders

I think this would be an excellent option. Even if it takes a couple of hours to complete I think it would be well worth it

I think the larger issue is more complex than just this, but it could still alleviate a lot of problems people experience. Isn't this also typically accomplished w/ a benchmark test? Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
