moving to next location Bug

I can't move to the next location. When I use the intereaction button, the message "Press Hold (Show Options) appears and nothing happens. I changed binding to another button on a pad and still nothing happens when i pressing or holding interreaction button. Please help because I cant move to next map with this problem… only when I teleport to the someone in party I can move, when I play solo im stuck in city….
