Failed to connect to instance when trying to go to hideout

The topic says it all.

I login, my character can go to any zone in campaign. But the moment I try to access my hideout, I get disconnected "Failed to connect to instance".

Before this happened, I just opened a new map and hadn't gone in the map yet.

This has blocked me from gaming for about 20 mins. Please help.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

I can't log in, or if I can, I get disconnected when I warp home.

Try using other gateways. Japan is not functioning afaik.
