Failed to connect to instance

Game drops to the login screen randomly when I try to change locations with the "Failed to connect to instance" error:
From map to HO via portal
From HO to any other location via waypoints
Server: Japan

The Singapore server seems fine.

Edit: Nope! Happens in Singapore servers too, but not as severely as in Japan.

I have same issue
