Did not receive The Red Queen's Font in game

I claimed The Red Queen's Font on twitch yesterday watching the official GGG live stream but haven't received it in game. I checked that I clicked Claim on the twitch inventory page and it has a check mark next to the item. The correct account is also linked since i've claimed twitch items in the past and can see them in my twitch inventory.
It doesn't appear in my decorations list in either POE1 or POE2. Last bumped on May 10, 2026, 11:17:58 AM

Can you first please try unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch from the Manage Account page and then relinking to Twitch? You can access the Manage Account page here.
You may also want to try checking your Twitch redemptions here to see if the redemption has been correctly applied. If this doesn't help please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into things further with you! | |

I have the exact same problem. Relinking my Twitch Account did fix it. But i did not have to do this in the past oO.
