[Suggestion] Rework of irradiated tablets to no longer give +1 level to area

I was thinking about it and I believe that it would be great so that the irradiated tables no longer give +1 level to area so that you not always forced to play with an irradiated tablet in order to get the valuable bases.

Instead to give more toughness to monsters or something like that so that increases loot, for example, but in the same time you have more freedom to choose from the different league mechanics instead of always being forced to use irradiated/powerful boss tablet in 1 of the slots.
