Hi GGG,

I've been playing Path of Exile since the early days of PoE 1 — over 10 years now. I've watched this game grow into something truly special, and that's exactly why I'm writing this.

My suggestion: Please allow players to skip the campaign on alternate characters, once at least one character has completed it in the current league.

Here's why this matters:

As adult players with jobs, families, and limited free time, the campaign has become one of the biggest barriers to enjoying the full breadth of what PoE 2 has to offer — different classes, Ascendancies, and build variety. PoE 2's campaign is long and punishing, which is great for a first playthrough. But having to repeat it every time we want to try a new character in the same season is exhausting.

Many of us don't play fewer builds because we lack interest — we play fewer because we simply don't have the hours to grind through the story again and again.

What I'm suggesting is simple:
- If a player has completed the campaign on any character in the current league, all subsequent characters should have the option to skip it and start at endgame level (similar to what Diablo 3/4 and other ARPGs have implemented).
- This should be optional — players who enjoy the story can still play through it.

This change would:
✅ Encourage more build experimentation
✅ Retain veteran players who feel burned out on replaying the story
✅ Make the game more accessible to working adults without compromising the experience for new players

I've loved this game for over a decade. I want to keep loving it. Please consider this quality-of-life improvement.

I can already see the people fuming just for the fact you mentioned Diablo in any way...

But, let's not dwell on that, I am indeed in favor of the proposal of being able to skip the whole campaign as you have everything unlocked already on other characters.

HOWEVER, there has to be a balance to it, we can't start at I dunno level 60 or whatever as soon as we skip, but if we could have some alternative mapping or something, kinda like the interludes where we can just go in, play whatever map or encounter or whatever that we want, just xp farm, level, make our own campaign in a way (if you get what I mean), that would be dope, some random activity we can do to not have to replay the campaign over and over and over and over again.

Especially if you don't follow a guide, make a planner that you know works or should work, you make the character, you beat the game, you're in maps and the build or the character itself is underwhelming due to a bug, nerf, some weird mob bugs or anything of the sort, where you will decide to make another character and ditch the one you made as a league starter..

That sucks, your character being terrible in the end, having to restart, go through all acts, wanting to just close the game down
