Game server lost contact with realm / Failed to join any instances

I have recently started a game and been enjoying it.
When I reach act 3 and doing Labyrinth where you fight Izaro from room to room, it randomly disconnects from the server when I was near to the end of the labyrinth and when I login back it puts me at the camp forcing me to start from the beginning (first room), it's quite frustrating and during the halls when entering to different rooms it says failed to join any instance and I can not move to the next room and it's happening quite often in the act 3 last labyrinth.

I tried switching between mobile and wife connections if it was from my side but the problem persisted and in the reddit thread also a lot of people experiencing the same problem.
