Is the 2nd batch of Exilecon tickets still coming out?

As they mentioned in the Exilecon tickets website that there will be a 2nd batch of tickets coming out at a later time, I've already booked my plane tickets & hotel despite missing the first batch of tickets.

After the announcement today, I'm unsure if they will still come out with the 2nd batch.

Also interested, there was some info From NataliaGGG that there will be second wave with proper announcement but nothing yet :/
