rhoa weapon swap bug

If you equip a bow and quiver in weapon slots 1 and 2, mount a Roa, and then switch between slots 1 and 2, it appears as though you have dismounted the Roa while still overlapping with it, and the game behavior becomes erratic.
This bug has been reported since the start of the league, but it has not yet been fixed.
This issue makes gameplay involving the Roa and weapon swapping completely impossible.
