Kind of a letdown

Absolutely disappointing. You guys have basically stopped replying in the PS5 feedback section, and these issues have been sitting there for days with no response.

Now after the latest patch, PS5 players still can’t buy the new supporter packs immediately after launch, and this time even the Twitch Drops can’t be claimed properly either.

Honestly, I really don’t get it. I supported the PS5 version the moment it came out. I bought every supporter pack and topped up points regularly without missing any. Even knowing you’re a small studio and couldn’t work out a better deal with Sony — meaning PS5 players already have to pay extra platform tax on MTX purchases compared to everyone else — I still kept supporting you guys.

But now this is the second supporter pack launch in a row where PS5 players not only pay more than other platforms, but also have to wait longer just to buy the packs. We can’t even purchase them right after the reveal stream and have to wait for another patch later. And now Twitch Drops are broken too.

This genuinely killed my motivation to keep playing. Bugs aren’t getting fixed, console players are paying more while getting a worse experience, and I’m honestly just burned out at this point.
