Allow Party members to see Leader's Atlas Map

Please let Party members be able to view the Atlas of the Leader's Atlas. That's the bare minimum I would be hoping for, as I usually only play with friends, and it's not as engaging when they can't view the map on their own.

Especially with all the new cool stuff on the Atlas map, it would be nice if friends can see the progress, and make suggestions on where to go.

Another huge plus would be, if Party member is viewing Leader's Atlas Map, allow them to view Atlas's active passive nodes.
That would be sick. Not a big deal if it's too hard or too much work.
