Why would you spoil everything? This is still an RPG right?

I would hope maybe there's more to it but I'm pretty certain you guys threw everything you had into that hype stream. Probably 2 more reveals while we wait but why would you tell us the history, situations, characters and even bosses of your new end-game?
It would have been so much better to let players experience these things live. You also continue to not learn from past mistakes. The power of ARPGs is their dynamics. What you just did was bring back the mandatory Betrayal grind to every league which is going to get old. If you wanted to make this have more lasting presence you change "What nodes do I pick?" to "What choices do I make?". Functionally these are similar but the interaction is very different. Especially as you add new content and new updated choices based on changes within the game. Instead of looking through a spreadsheet on gloves for the Ascendancy you just added you make real dynamic changes to the game each league that when setup properly takes less time. I'm not saying these aren't improvement to a terrible system. But man, you guys really know how to suck the flavor out of your own content.
