Lost Tshirt

Hello GGG Support,I am writing to follow up on a physical item (T-shirt) that was part of the [Paket Adı] I purchased over a year ago. I still haven't received the item or any tracking information

I am actually planning to upgrade and buy the Hoodie Supporter Pack, but I am very hesitant and worried because of this undelivered T-shirt. I’m concerned that if I buy the new pack, the hoodie might also get lost or never arrive.

Could you please check what happened to my previous T-shirt and provide some reassurance or a better tracking method for the upcoming hoodie order?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,
