Divination Scarab of Pilfering didn't duplicate a Damnation card

I was doing for long time maps with Divination Scarab of Pilfering:
Divination Cards which drop in Area are stolen by a Final Map Boss
That Final Map Boss becomes more Difficult and deals increased Damage the more Divination Cards they have stolen
That Final Map Boss duplicates all stolen Divination Cards when defeated

and when I dropped the Damnation card (very rare) which I was looking for few days it was only 1 instead of 2 when boss in Jungle Valley was killed. Just like on the sceen attached. Looks like a bug that shouldn't happen, please check logs etc. How it is possible becouse due to mechanic it should be 2 cards.
