I recently completed an account deletion that was linked to my Steam account. When recreating my account I mistakenly relinked to my steam account which remembers my purchase of the PoE2 license. When I try to open the application it tells me that I do not have the license and directs me to go purchase it from the store. When I do it tells me that I already purchased it and does not allow to complete the transaction. I tried to refund it to reset the licensing, but because of my 6 hours of play time Steam will not allow me to do so. Is there any fix for this? Thank you.

Purchases are bound to the Path of Exile account, rather than the Steam account. If you delete a Path of Exile account that contains your purchases those purchases will be deleted alongside the Path of Exile account.
