Your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access after deletion

Hello,

I bought this game on steam some yaers ago, then stopped playing it.

I tried to replay it last month but I saw my account got hacked so I deleted it.

And after creating a fresh account, linking it with steam (where I have the game), it says that my account does not have access to poe2 earky access.

What do I have to do in order to play the game again ?
