Animate Guardian will disappear

my Animate Guardian will disappear by himself after i logout. Also the skill Raise spectre have the same problem ( the Perfect Pain Artist has disappeared). As i remember, the Animate Guardian will not lost gear when it dies and also the Spectre will automatically reborn after a seasonal changing (i'm not sure which season) and this case was appeared 3 times that i need to buy the gear again and again
