Commemorative statues not showing dialogue when clicked

The commemorative statues from the Early Access packs (Dominus etc.) are not showing their dialogues when clicked. They used to, and I am not sure when the change happened. Now, when you click the statue, the dialogue shows for less than a second, then disappears.
