has there ever been a "challange" with Medium cluster unique jewels?

Ya know, sort of like a card tournament where people open up some card packs and are supposed to create a viable deck from them.

GGG ever make some kind of system where people are given a tree of a lvl 100 char, then subtracted the points nesscary to hit 4 cluster jewels nodes, give them (or lock in so they can be removed or sold) 4 1 passive voices in each, then 12 random medium cluster unique jewels and then challange them to make a viable build out of it?

The more notables they make an active use of in the build the higher they 'score'.

seems like it would be fun. also seems like it would be fun to challange an AI to do it as well and see what it could come up with.
