Unstable Breach bug dropping ZERO loot! (not filter hidden)

Running breach with no problems for weeks,
Bloodlines, Cascade, 2x instability, risk Even if nothing goes thru filter there are always tons of items dropping, but I just ran a map where every time I clear the rares/boss there is absolutely 0 loot, not even hidden by filter. They drop nothing!
