Intermittent crash on Zarokh (Trial of the Sekhemas) – invalid memory access during boss death phase

I am experiencing an intermittent client crash when killing Zarokh in the Trial of the Sekhemas.

The crash does not occur every run, but is reproducible under certain conditions. It consistently happens during the boss death / post-death reward phase.

Impact:
This issue results in full client termination during end-of-encounter progression, preventing completion and reward collection for the encounter when it occurs.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Enter Trial of the Sekhemas
2. Reach Zarokh (final boss)
3. Kill Zarokh
4. During death / reward phase, client may crash (intermittent)

Conditions when observed:

This has only been observed so far when using the following relic setup:

Urn Relics (x4):
- Hasted Urn Relics of Investigation
- 10% increased movement speed
- 20% increased quantity of relics dropped by monsters

Seal Relics (x2):
- Hasted Seal Relics of Investigation
- 10% increased movement speed
- 20% increased quantity of relics dropped by monsters

Unique Relic (x1):
- The Desperate Alliance Vase Relic

Frequency:
- Approximately 4 crashes in ~80 runs
- Not guaranteed every run
- Only observed with the above setup

Crash Details (WinDbg):

"

Exception Code: 0xc0000094 (INTEGER_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO)

Faulting Instruction:
PathOfExileSteam+0x27937dd
div rax, qword ptr [r9+28h]

At crash time:
- r9 points to invalid / non-heap memory
- !heap -p -a @r9 → invalid address
- !address @r9 → no valid memory region
- [r9+28h] is unreadable (????????)

Stack Trace (partial):

PathOfExileSteam+2438aa4

Notes:
- Crash only occurs during Zarokh encounter end phase
- Intermittent but repeatable under same relic setup
- No GPU/driver involvement seen in crash dump
- Loot filter does not appear to be related (crash occurs before item UI/rendering)

Disclaimer:
I cannot confirm causation, only that the crash correlates strongly with this specific encounter and relic setup.

idk what your class is but apparently demon form can cause this or you need to verify your files. If that doesnt work, well I dont have an answer.
Hey,

Not running Demon Form — this happened to me on:
- Titan (Sunder Ancestral Warrior Totem)
- Acolyte of Chayula (Spark)

So it doesn’t seem tied to a specific class or build on my end.

I also did a fresh install after the second crash (on a different HDD), and the issue still occurred.
