Earthquake aoe

Earthquake aoe was nerfed in 0.3 and since then something feels off about it, almost like its not properly scaling with increaed aoe or that the base aoe isnt 3m like it says on the gem.
Maybe im just imagining this but it seems worth looking into since the selling point of the gem is having large aoe. You need to overcome the big downside of the delayed aftershock + damage isnt that high so in turn having good aoe feels appropriate.
