Market Panel BUG

In Path of Exile 2, the market panel is not accessible. Additionally, the "Manage Shop" option is missing when interacting with the NPC named Ange, preventing access to shop management features. This issue occurs even though I have already completed the required prerequisite quest, "Hostile Takeover."

SSF = Solo Self Found, no trading, hence no market/shop.
