Blight stuff spawning outside the Mirage area, cannot accomplish Cassia mission

Description: during Mirage encounter, I've start blight then in next step it spawns dysfunctional blight portal outside of Mirage area.
Monsters remaining counter shows 0.

The minimap has been Shifted to the left and down for better visibility.
