You've not provided a description of how your connection usually behaves, and the symptoms that are currently different from that baseline, so there will be a degree of assumption below.

Here we can see the average ping jump from ~ 12 ms to ~ 151 ms. It never subsequently recovers. Assuming that this increase is not justified by the physical distance involved, it is most likely the issue. Both routers appear to belong to Telefonica, who are a Tier 2 provider that are responsible for significant amounts of the infrastructure in Latin America, and - to a lesser extent - in Europe.

As the issue appears to be on-route between you & GGG's hosting provider, it is possible that using a VPN would work around the problem by changing how your traffic gets routed. This is not the primary purpose of a VPN, but they are accidentally rather good at this kind of thing.

Alternatively, depending on where you are in the world, it's possible choosing to play on a different gateway to normal would be preferable until Telefonica manages to figure things out.
