I got my account blocked.
ACC: FemtoCL#6940 I send the excuses to support@grindinggear.com , but I haven't received a clear response. Instead, they sent me a response where I have to accept the blame in order to be unblocked, which I find unprofessional. What's next? When will I get an answer? Will I be permanently blocked? I just need to know that, so I know whether to quit this game I've been playing for over 10 years. Thanks.
