Scarabs dropping despite being blocked in Atlas Passive Tree

I was playing a map and one of the additional bosses spawned by Destructive Play dropped a Delirium Scarab despite my having blocked delirium scarabs from spawning in my atlas passive tree with Ominous Silence.

Block nodes only apply to naturally dropping scarabs. If that dropped from a boss, I'm guessing you have the nodes for 25% chance for bosses to drop an additional scarab, which cannot be blocked. There's other sources of not naturally dropped scarabs, like tile scarab rewards, that also cannot be blocked.
