Blight scarab of Blooming does not apply to maps dropped by salvaged towers

I have T14+ blighted maps drop from salvaged towers when using Templar Ingenuity notable as regular instead of blight-ravaged when using the scarab of blooming.
Also I cannot confirm 100% but may be worth investigating if the blight ravaged conversion is also not occurring for maps dropped by the "8% increased chance to contain an additional reward" passives.
