Cast on Crit - next gen: Cast on Elemental bugged too

Both meta skills, CoC and CoEA, are bugged. They keep stopping to work properly, indicating no socketed spell. And then, all you can do is replace the meta gem - Which you can make anew or just buy, seems that for whatever reason it works after the transaction. ReaLLy ruins playing meta build.
