Game freeze/crash

My path of exile has randomly started crashing after about 20 seconds regardless of where I am in the login/load process.
I've deleted my shader folder and run PackCheck.exe but to no improvement. I've uploaded a video demonstrating the crash for info: https://streamable.com/pk3fvs Last bumped on May 4, 2026, 9:05:02 AM

I would suggest not using third-party software to modify the client to forcibly have it support screen resolutions that GGG does not intend for it to support. Apart from such mods interfering with client stability, it can (and does) result in permanent account closure.

No clue what third party software you are referring to. Only thing I am using is awakened poe trade
