Instances keep crashing when I die, playing SSF Kinetic Fusulade Warden.
Been happening in a lot of instances, specially those where I die many times.

I recently started my SSF journey and right now I can't get past the first Originator quest if I die once or twice in the instance, beacause entering again takes me to login screen and says "An unexpected disconnection occured".

Been testing on Frankfurt and Stockholm realm, never had this problem on any of my characters from non-SSF league. Lost many maps due to this bug.
Don't know if it is because of latest patch or not. Been happening since I played yesterday, more common on boss fights.
