Impossible to play lag no matter what server i pick

Whats going on with the servers i tried other games and its fine almost a hr now and ive had 200+ms this is unplayable going to die if i even try to play

Was fine all day long playing, 4:50pm est now the ping is jumping all over the place. What is going on? Has this been doing this all season?
