Missing Ring On Relogging - Recently bought

I bought a ring via instant buyout for 75 div. When I logged out and came back 4 hours later. It is just missing from my inventory (I equipped it). How can it be returned to me since it was my most expensive item.

Would be grateful if you could help, it would be disheartening if it was gone forever since it took time to farm the currency for it and it would probably stop me from playing further in this league.
