Witness the Hooded One Cure Tavakai and Makoru

After defeating Tavakai the hooded one comes to heal Makoru, does the animation but the game is stucked there and it doesnt proceed with the rest.It allows me to move around and do everything else, but once i come back to the fight it repeats the animation of the hooded one and once again it stays there.

Yup. You need to create a new instance and do the whole thing over.

When the game tells you to return to the boat and gives you a button to do that, don't click it. Instead stand there with your thumbs in your bum for a few minutes then make a portal.
