Unplayable due to loading screen.

I've tried many things but nothing works, the loading screen is very time consuming. From the moment I start the game and start actually playing sometimes it takes more than 5 minutes. Other than that it doesn't load the characters' screen, just the two gears with a red background. Could someone help me? please.

You have a bottleneck somewhere.
Could be CPU, GPU or the Internet.

Monitor your resources usage and see what is stuck at max when the game is stuck on the gears.
When you recognize what's your bottleneck, you could proceed with some fixes.

I'd suspect GPU or Internet.
For GPU you could play around in the settings in-game, as well as in the nvidia and windows itself.
For the internet, you may want to check the tracert and packets loss to the poe servers.

This will sound utterly stupid, but using the -nologo actually fixes that.
Don't ask me why...
