Game crashes after entering "The ship graveyard" in act 1

every time i enter The ships graveyard the game crashes, i have a ssf character and wanted to play the game through solo.
I tested the other areas and nothing like this happens but as soon as i enter the ships graveyard the game crashes in under 20 seconds

Pls help

ps: i already tried to see if the game data is corrupted an it is not

pps: other chacaters that arent a ssf charcter makes the game crash in that map too
