Randomly losing experience when not dieing [Removed by Support]

I logged in at 101AM MST, in the western USA. I had 30% exp to level 100.

I joined a temple, and then went the wrong way, and portaled out.

I then went back into the temple, and was down to 20% I had not died. AT ALL.

This is the second time this happened. I then died, and lost 10% cause I was stupid. I want that 20% exp back that I randomly lost, when I never died in a temple, or end game maps.
