Bug in Act 4 'Enter The Excavation' Bug regarding Benedictus, First Herald of Utopia

im leveling with some twink gear and killed Benedictus just before a big slam, which went off anyways and killed me. That part is whatever because of ping and server stuff, it happens, not what im reporting here.

i respawn and as i re-enter the boss arena, Benedictus starts talking and raising a platform from the floor when he is cut off and disappears. at this point, nothing else happens. i can respawn at checkpoint, where this process repeats and i am again left in an empty boss arena with the quest, "Confront Kanu and the First Herald"

i imagine i can reload the zone and clear it again and provided i dont kill Benedictus as he is about to kill me again, itll be fine. ill do that later but this bummed me out so im taking a break, thought id send a report so others wont have to experience the same.
