Errorless Crashing to desktop in random Maps(more in Nighmare Maps)

Since a week or two i get a map once in a while that has a 100% crash to desktop rate no matter if i use vulkan or directx12. Deleting cache only helps for a bit.Re-installing poe also only helps for a bit.It seems to happen more often in nighmare maps and crashes with or without mobs (though i suspect one of the powerfull and rewarding packs is the culprit) on screen and with or without any mtx sound channels are already on low and multithreading option changes nothing too it happens with influence and without same with deli

sometimes i get rgb screen glitches for a few secs after loading back into poe login screen
