2/3 skill points disappearing

my character name is S_dCat , a level 67 storm weaver. During gameplay , 2/3 of my attack power disappears . As of yesterday it has not returned and I’m unable to move forward playing . I was 7k plus on spark skill and 12k plus on Arc skill , now it’s down to 2k on Spark and 3k on Arc. Every single character I play , deadeye, storm weaver, blood mage , the same thing keeps happening . I’m playing on Xbox series x
