Skill Gem Bricking

My Trigger skills (Cast on Critical, Cast on Minion Death) have broken and say "Missing socketed skill" no matter what I do. I am far over the spirit/attribute requirements, and on other characters the same exact gems work fine. This is the second time this has happened, and I have not been able to fix it without creating a new gem entirely.

I've tried:
Close & reopen game/exit to char select
Corrupting the gem
Switching gem to different character and back (Works on other char not main)
Different skills to trigger/different support gems
