Technical Inquiry Regarding Performance Optimization and Connectivity in Path of Exile 2

I am writing to express my appreciation for the immersive experience provided by Path of Exile 2. Currently, I am enjoying the title on a workstation laptop with the following specifications: HP ZBook 17 G4, featuring an Intel Core i7-7820HQ (2.90GHz), 64GB DDR4 SDRAM, an NVIDIA Quadro P5000 (16GB VRAM), and a Samsung SSD 990 PRO 4TB. Regarding my network environment, I am currently utilizing a Starlink wireless connection with speeds ranging between 200-300 Mb/s.
To optimize high-level gameplay, I employ the Fubgun Uber-Strict Filter and have enabled the "Hide Filtered Items" function. My gameplay frequently involves joining parties to navigate high-tier endgame content, such as the Temple of Atziri, to maximize the yield of valuable in-game currency and items.
However, I have encountered several persistent technical challenges that hinder the experience:
Extended Loading Times: On frequent occasions, loading my character into a dungeon instance can take up to five minutes. Given my hardware specifications, I am curious as to why the initialization process requires such an extensive duration.
Network Desynchronization and Latency: Within instances, my character often becomes unresponsive or experiences "rubber-banding"—uncontrolled movement through walls or sudden teleportation between rooms.
Visual Overload and Hardware Strain: The game is exceptionally rich in animations and graphical effects from player skills, minions, and boss mechanics. In a full six-player party, the sheer volume of visual data becomes overwhelming, causing significant eye fatigue and straining both my hardware’s processing capabilities and the wireless data transmission.
It is surprising to note that, much like its predecessor, Path of Exile 2 currently lacks an option to disable or significantly limit non-essential skill animations. Such a feature would be invaluable for reducing the computational load and mitigating latency issues during intensive group play or complex solo encounters.
In light of these observations, I would appreciate your guidance on the following:
What specific optimizations or settings would you recommend to alleviate these performance and connectivity issues?
Are there plans to implement a feature within the game client to limit graphical effects and animations to ensure a more fluid, lag-free gameplay experience?
I look forward to your professional insight and any information regarding future updates aimed at improving performance for players in similar environments.
