No rewards after clearing Valdo

I fully cleared the map Echoing Muck Valdo Map (City Square) that rewards Wine of the Prophet, no monsters remaining and no reward spawn.

Its the bismuth ore that gets bugged sometimes. Recommend avoiding valdo maps with ore encounters.
