[Suggestion] Balance Mouse Movement and Controller Movement

Mouse Movement and Controller Movement are funtionally inferior to keyboard movement,Especially mouse movement hai numerous issues:
1.channeled skills(bonestorn and flame breath)cannot be cast while moving
2.in races,you can not swap gear with mouse movement or Controller Movement

to further enrich gameplay fun and improve player engagement,Suggestion:
1.allow mouse movement to cast channeled skills,such as bonestorn and flame breath
2.Pause the game when opening the inventory or skill panel.
