Game is unplayable due to Loading Cogs

The new Season starts later this month so I was just logging in to see whether the issues I've had for ages have been resolved but they haven't.

It took me 14 minutes from loading up the game to being able to move in my hideout, and then a further 3 minutes to load into a new area.

As much as I enjoy the game it literally makes it unplayable with how long the loading times are.

I have tried every fix and setting changes I can find online;

Verify game files
Changes Game settings
Reinstall
Lower graphics
Update drivers

I have a better PC than my mates who have no issues at all.

Anyone have any idea's what I can do?

Don't you worry! If this is something that can't be fixed by you or me, GGG will get it done for you! You only have to wait 1-2 years before they decide to think about maybe consider looking into your problem! They have to make sure your shoes are the right color first! Visual bugs are #1 priority!

I've tried many things but nothing works, the loading screen is very time consuming. From the moment I start the game and start actually playing sometimes it takes more than 5 minutes. Other than that it doesn't load the characters' screen, just the two gears with a red background. Could someone help me? please.

If I had to guess, it has something to do with your cache in your GPU, but I don't actually know. I would default all your settings in game and on your GPU control panel. You'll have to look it up because I cbf posting it here, but look how to flush your DXCache and GLCache. You can also flush your GPU by hitting win + ctrl + shift + B. The screen will go black at some point but it doesn't take long. Typically, shaders/cache can cause these types of issues due to broken and bloated caches.
