Side scrolling when viewing skill tree.

There is an extreamly annoying bug when i have my skill tree open. i then move my cursor to one of my other monitors. and then the skill tree starts scrolling to the side.

This is new. and it baffels my mind you dident implement an option to disable this. When you introduced this useless feature.

So i assume it must be a bug.
